Scheduling information (name, practice address, and contact details) may be shared with our certified dental equipment technician partners solely for the purpose of arranging an on-site visit. These partners are contractually bound to use your information only for that purpose.

We use Supabase for secure, encrypted data storage. All data is stored in the United States. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

We use minimal analytics cookies to understand overall site traffic: pages visited, approximate geographic region, and referral source. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or third-party ad networks.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing osita@operatoryauctions.com. We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.
