Selling one chair is easy to do from your phone. Selling a whole office is not. So for larger sales and practice closures, we offer to come to you. In October we drove to a closed three-operatory dental practice in Copperhill, Tennessee, and turned a full office of equipment into a ready-to-bid auction. Here's what that looks like.

What we do when we visit
- Photograph every item, from the 3D imaging unit down to the stools and instruments
- Shoot every manufacturer label, so the model, serial number and build year are on the record
- Match major equipment to the seller's original purchase paperwork
- Note visible wear, damage and missing parts, and photograph those too
- Sort what's for sale from what stays with the building

The labels are the listing
Buyers want to know exactly what they're bidding on. Every serial number and build year in our listings comes from a photo of the label, so buyers can check it themselves.

We show the flaws too
If a chair is missing a base cover or a hose sheath is frayed, it's in the photos and the description. Buyers bid with confidence when nothing is hidden, and the seller doesn't deal with surprises after the sale.

What the seller does
Not much. The seller gave us access to the office and answered a few questions about what had already sold. We handled the photos, research, pricing, listings and the auction itself. After the sale we can arrange deinstallation and freight for buyers.

Every photo from this visit is live in the auction.
Want us to come to you?
If you're closing a practice, moving, or upgrading a full office, ask about an on-site visit. Tell us what you have and where you are, and we'll let you know if a visit makes sense.
